Medic 1 Welcomes Medical Advisor

Medic 1 is thrilled to welcome Dr Jane Dunbar as our official Medical Advisor. Having worked closely with Dr Dunbar in recent years whilst staffing a number of prestigious golfing events we are delighted that she has agreed to join the Medic 1 team in this capacity.

As Medic 1’s Medical Advisor Dr Dunbar will collaborate with our staff to ensure we have cutting edge medical protocols to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.  Dr Dunbar’s wealth of experience in Sports Medicine will be of enormous assistance to us when Medic 1 provides medical cover for the wide range of sporting events we typically cover throughout the year.

First qualified in 1980, Dr Dunbar has a distinguished career in Sports Medicine including part time lecturing at Stirling University. As the Medical Officer for the PGA European Tour and one of the team attending the Commonwealth games in Dehli, Dr Dunbar’s CV is one of excellence and experience. Dr Dunbar’s joining the team is a real coup for Medic 1 - an internationally renowned Sports Medical Practitioner will be an invaluable asset as Medic 1 provides medical cover for an increasing number and increasingly diverse range of sporting events throughout the UK. Medic 1 is excited to welcome Dr Dunbar to the team and look forward to working with her.
