Ryder Cup: the final countdown!

With less than a week to go before the Ryder Cup officially kicks off the Medic 1 team has arrived in Newport to help finalise preparations.  The team has fully kitted out our five medical centres (pictured).

The Medic 1 team will be out and about, following the crowds and will be easily identifiable by our uniforms - if you have any first aid needs then please feel free to come and speak to us.  Similarly our fully equipped medical centres are there to ensure that we can maintain a static presence - so even if you can't see one of the team, you know you can make your way to the nearest medical centre.

This is just a very quick post to from our on-site team to wish all the spectators and players an excellent event, fantastic weather and, for those visiting Newport and the Celtic Manor for the first time, the chance to explore some of what Wales has to offer.
