Understanding Autism and Asperger Syndrome

Tomorrow is Autism Awareness Day.

More people are becoming aware of autism and asperger syndrome.  But do you know what it is? How does it affect the lives of those living with the disability?

Medic 1 can provide training sessions that will give you a basic understanding.  This may be of particular interest to people working with children and could be run after completing the paediatric first aid course.  We hope that the sessions will be of benefit to anyone who has an interest in the subject.  

Length of session will typically be about three hours.
