Abersoch 10k Race

Yesterday Medic 1 staff were thrilled to once again staff the Abersoch 10k race. Over the years it has proven a popular event with our staff - where better to work than by the beach on a sunny day?
As ever there was a mix of teams and individuals, and this year's race was won by Ben Fish of the Blackburn Harriers with an amazing time of 30.01. Shout outs go to the runners up Nick Swinburn (previous 3 time winner), and Matt Roberts and Brendan Rothery of the Eryri Harriers.
As you can see, the weather was a treat, the crowds were enthusiastically supportive and the competition fierce. We look forward to next year's 10k race.
